Definition of the Service
“Aldeiravalet” is an electronic application and comprehensive system designed to facilitate entry and exit of vehicles in paid parking areas.
It allows users to reserve and pay for parking through QR codes and an online wallet system.
Reservations
Pre-Booking:
Users can book a specific parking spot in advance.
On arrival, the driver shows the QR code for entry and exit scanning.
On-Arrival Booking:
The system can allocate a spot by phone number, and send login credentials and QR codes to the user.
Pre-Paid System
The digital wallet must contain a minimum balance (e.g., 1 Kuwaiti Dinar) to use prepaid parking features.
Usage Rules
Users must park only in allocated spaces unless the reservation is canceled.
If a prepaid reservation is not used, the reservation fee may be retained.
System Registration
After downloading the app and agreeing to terms, users can register an account.
The registered data links the vehicle to the system for tracking and billing.
Notifications
The system sends email notifications for:
Added wallet balance
Vehicle entry and exit
Users agree that technical and operational data may be collected and used.
Liability & Responsibilities
The company does not take responsibility for any damage to vehicles within the parking system.
Users are responsible for:
Ensuring adequate wallet balance
Not leaving vehicles overnight without authorization
Reporting accidents immediately
Payment and Deductions
Wallet balances cover parking costs.
If a wallet has insufficient funds, users cannot enter or exit via the system and must use traditional parking tickets instead.
Acceptance of Terms
Continued use of the system or website means acceptance of these terms and any future changes.
